Educational Programme: Digital Product Management (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2024

As part of the research on the topic "How Do People Get Education?" aimed at creating an EdTech product to enhance educational efficiency, a qualitative study was conducted using design thinking methods. The main research tools included experience immersion, in-depth interviews, analysis of extreme users, creation of empathy maps and customer journey maps, as well as persona development. These methods allowed for a deeper understanding of the needs, problems, and desires of users in the context of education and interaction with digital educational products. Based on the analysis and synthesis of the collected data, the key user needs were identified. The main problems and desires of the potential audience were highlighted, forming the foundation for the further development of a product that will best meet the identified needs.
