This work is dedicated to the development and implementation of the server-side and cloud storage for the interactive story platform Intale. The focus is on using hexagonal architecture as the primary design principle, employing a relational DBMS to store data, and a separate distributed storage for media files, as well as modern methods for decentralized authorization system. The Intale platform consists of two applications: Intale Studio and Intale Mobile. Intale Studio is a tool designed for desktop platforms that allows users to create interactive stories through visual programming, without requiring coding skills. Created stories can be published by their creators to a mobile platform called Intale Mobile. It serves as a marketplace with various collections and improved filtering and search systems, where readers can download and later read stories (even offline) created by platform authors. The server-side integrates both applications into one unified ecosystem, offering users a convenient and fast way to create interactive content and consume it. Keywords: interactive stories, digital content, ecosystem, backend, hexagonal architecture, cloud storage
