Development of a Saas-solution for the Business-to-Business Market Based on the Product Market Fit Concept by OOO «Traektoriya Vremeni»

The final qualification work is devoted to the development of a SaaS solution based on the Product-Market Fit concept. The development is carried out for the new product T-Mobis OOO «Traektoriya vremeni». The work begins by considering the main approaches to new product development, as well as the methods and tools that must be used to successfully apply the Product Market Fit approach to product development. The second chapter presents the results of the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, including the characteristics of the company, a comparative analysis of the products of OOO «Traektoriya vremeni» and competitors, an analysis of market conditions. In addition, the chapter includes the results of 12 interviews conducted with Russian industrial enterprises and resource supply companies using specialized software to identify problems of search, implementation and results of work in it. The third chapter presents two iterations of product prototyping, their testing and product characteristics for consideration in development. The result of the final qualification work is a developed prototype for a future Saas solution that meets the needs of the market.
