The main research question: how do the attitudes of male digital workers shape the relationship between “work for self” and “self-care”? The first part of the diploma analyzes approaches to masculinity, considers philosophical and psychological concepts of understanding corporeality, studies the specifics of the digital environment, and analyzes conflicts of attitudes to work and men's attitudes to themselves. Special attention is focused on reflection as a way of conflict resolution. The empirical part of the work is based on mixed methods. Firstly, it is a modeling method “Dialogue I-I bodily”, which is implemented in the form of an interview. Secondly, the data are collected with the help of questionnaires of professional self-relationship and integral labor satisfaction. As a result, 4 types of I-I bodily attitudes (self-care) and attitudes to work (work for oneself) of male digital workers were formulated.
