This work is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of emotional resonance in child-parent relationships. The topic of the work becomes relevant and significant both in the scientific and practical fields. For the scientific field, relevance is a synthesis of personological and transactional approaches to the topic of parent -child contact, self-disclosure, and resonance. The research question that we get an answer to in the process of work is: what changes occur in the ego states of a parent before and after contact with their child? Also, thanks to the projective technique, we get qualitative results that demonstrate to us how parents with different personal adaptations perceive, feel and describe their children. During the study, we were able to find common indicators for almost every adaptation.
