Educational Programme: Software Engineering (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2024

This work is devoted to the development of a server part for the service of data extraction from structured documents, which is designed to automate the process of documentation processing in organizations and for individual users. The main goal of my work is to realize the server part, which will allow to collect, store, process data, control users and their rights, which will allow to implement this module both through UI interface and work with it through API. The server part of the system secures document storage using Yandex S3 cloud storage and manages entity identifiers through the PostgreSQL database. This ensures the security and accessibility of data, as well as its efficient retrieval and analysis. An asynchronous approach through the RabbitMQ message broker is used to ensure interaction between the server and machine learning modules. This ensures that individual system modules are not restricted due to lengthy operations and ensures reliable data transfer between system components. The server communicates with the client via REST API via HTTP, which makes it easy for other systems to integrate and use the service API. As a result of the development of this service, users will receive a tool to automate the processing of documents through the REST API, which will allow them to reduce the cost of document processing and increase the efficiency of work of employees. The service offers a convenient and secure way of data storage and processing, which makes it a popular solution for organizations in various fields of activity.
