Every day, the amount of information around us is rapidly increasing and contributes to the appearance of a state of "information overload", which, in turn, can lead to stress, decreased attention and productivity, memory impairment, as well as errors in the decision-making process. To prevent information overload, people use many different tools, including: social messengers, Notion, Obsidian, Evernote, etc., but all of them only partially help to cope with the ever-increasing volume of information. Within the framework of this work, the results of the analysis of various types of tools for working with information are described - from international platforms to local solutions, and also gives an idea of the factors that influence the choice of a particular product by Russian users.
