Financial Aspects of the Preparation and Public Stock Offering of Russian Companies (Using the Example of the IT Company «X Holding»)

Research will be conducted to explore the selection of optimal conditions for introducing shares of Russian IT companies into the public market. A general and local analysis of the specifics of the IPO of the “X Holding” company will be carried out. The first chapter provides an overview of the IPO market: current market conditions, analysis of the experience of successful placements and the process of entering the IPO; the second chapter examines information about the activities of the company "X Holding" and develops an approach to assessing the company's equity capital; the third chapter assesses the costs of entering an IPO and examines the expected result of the placement based on current financial statements. The subject of the study is the IPO market; object is the preparation and issue of shares. Key words: raising capital, stock market, IPO, X Holding.
