A digital product for the car service market is a website and mobile application for people who own cars or are planning to buy them. The product can be useful to the user by simplifying the search for information about the car and related aspects, as well as providing a description and comparison of prices for original and non-original spare parts for cars. This is achieved through the use of the ChatGPT generative language model, car service maps and interaction with online auto parts stores. Due to the fact that the product uses the ChatGPT neural network version 4.0, technical and comparative information can only be provided about cars for which such data was published in open sources before 2023. However, replacing the neural network with a newer model will provide users with more recent data. An additional bonus feature of the product is gamification in the form of a quiz to test your own knowledge about the nuances of car maintenance, as well as the ability to compete with other users in terms of the number of awards received. The product uses a subscription business model, but the user can use the product without having to pay money. In the free version, the user has the opportunity to make significantly fewer requests to the neural network. In addition, the car service card is displayed in a universal form, and the estimated cost of auto parts is also provided. After paying for a monthly subscription to the product, the context about the selected car is automatically set for the neural network, and the limit of available queries to it increases. Speaking about the car service card, it adapts to the selected car and becomes unique. Prices for spare parts also become accurate for a specific car by obtaining information from online stores. Scope of work: 64 pages, 6 pictures, 20 sources.
