Educational Programme: Infocommunication Technologies and Systems (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2024

The final qualifying work examines existing methods for identifying vegetable oils. During the work, theoretical materials were studied and existing measurement methods were analyzed, after which the optimal method was selected. Based on the data studied, it was found that methods based on the use of optical principles best meet our requirements, especially methods based on the use of absorption and refractive indices. Thanks to them, we were able to create our own methods for the analysis and identification of vegetable oils.
