As the famous saying goes, movement is life. In today's world, where most of the population in developed countries resides in large cities and leads sedentary lifestyles, this notion is more relevant than ever. Consequently, there is a growing interest in healthy living and sports. However, due to a lack of knowledge, experience, and the abundance of contradictory and unstructured information available, individuals face several challenges, particularly when organizing their training and nutrition. This paper aims to develop an accessible and user-friendly system to address these issues effectively. The proposed system is a web application that offers personalized training and nutrition programs through intelligent algorithms based on individual user data. Additionally, it includes solutions for monitoring and analysing the user's physical performance. This enables both beginners and experienced athletes to receive customized training and nutrition plans tailored to their specific goals and needs within a single service. This article proposes a method to help popularize and simplify the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle.
