This paper discusses the development of a business model and architecture of a digital platform for the sports industry. The business model contains a description of customer segments, value propositions, key partners, resources and activities, as well as a description of the main sources of income and costs. The system architecture is described using modern practices for creating reliable and highly available systems. During the development of the architecture, the main resources and development risks were also considered in detail.
