In the modern world, corporate culture plays a decisive role in the life of any enterprise. It influences the relationship between employees and management, public opinion of the company and its social responsibility. The success of a company largely depends on corporate culture, especially in the digital economy, where social expectations and demands are changing. In organizations where corporate culture is a priority, bureaucratic hierarchy and control systems are reduced due to shared values and norms of employee behavior. The lack of a developed culture is often due to random formation. In this connection, there is a need to work on building the basic mechanisms and processes for working with organizational culture. The purpose of this project work is to develop a program for the development of corporate culture in the KEARLY GROUP company. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to consistently solve several important tasks: diagnose the current state of corporate culture, determine the direction of changes in the company’s culture, and develop a system of actions to implement planned changes. This paper analyzes the results of strategic sessions on cultural transformation and diagnostics of its current level. Based on the results, the necessary management practices and activities were formed, which were recommended to the company management for implementation. The result of the work is a developed program for the development of corporate culture in the KEARLY GROUP company, which consists of a ROAD MAP (annual action plan) and recommendations for introducing changes taking into account the individual characteristics of the company’s culture.
