This paper presents an analysis of the current state of the HoReCa market, in particular coffee with you in Russia. The unit economy of the product was calculated, the product development potentials were estimated according to economic parameters. In order to develop and scale the product, a marketing plan has been developed that aims to break even in the first 12 months.
