Development of a Digital Solution for Implementing the Split Payment Function in Applications: Prototyping and Testing Solutions, User Scenarios and MVP

This work is devoted to the analysis of the current customer experience in the field of online shopping of major players in the marketplace market of the Russian Federation, as well as the research and design of a new solution for co-payment. The work examines the full cycle of the following stages of design thinking: the choice of ideas, prototyping and testing. Several solutions have been proposed and considered using BNPL and Split models. The results of usability testing show successful and unsuccessful solutions when creating a joint basket, sharing payments, which can be used for the development of current and new products.
