Improving State Policy Regarding Civil Society Institutions (NGOs, Volunteering, Charity)

In the modern world, many countries are faced with the important problem of forming new relations between the state and civil society. In Chad, civil society is a multiple and diverse reality. Civil society continues to play an important role in the formation of democratic societies, the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms, as well as in solving social and environmental problems in the modern world. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively study state policy in relation to civil society institutions in Chad and develop recommendations on its improvement on this basis. To achieve this goal, the following objectives have been done: to consider the evolution and modern content of the concept of civil society; to identify the relationship between civil society and the state in Chad; to identify ways to improve public policy in relation to civil society institutions in Chad; to identify the main stages in the development of civil society institutions in Chad; to identify the relationships between civil society institutions and the public sector. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and a list of references. Key words: Improving state policy in relation to civil society institutions (NPO, volunteering, charity) in Chad.
