This article is focused on automating the activities of the sales department from the request receipt to the signing of the contract. Nowadays, most companies try to improve interaction with customers, increase sales efficiency and optimize the work of their employees. In a highly competitive environment, the constant complication of business processes and market variability, the sales department is trying to constantly improve its business methods: looking for the most effective sales management strategies, ways to minimize the time for decision-making and creating a contact base by better interaction with customers and increase the level of service. Company managers analyze commercial and financial aspects, brainstorming to create new competitive strengths. To rapidly achieve these goals, it is proposed to develop a CRM-system, which will centralize all information about customers, automate key sales processes and provide ongoing contact with the consumer. The system includes tools for creating a contact base and task management, which will allow the company's sales department to focus on deal-making rather than on routine tasks. The developed CRM-system represents a powerful tool for improving customer interaction processes and increasing sales, making it an essential component for modern, dynamically developing companies looking to maximize their efficiency and competitiveness. The work contains 35 pages, 3 chapters, 31 illustrations, 29 sources, and 3 appendices. Key words: CRM system, PHP, sales automation, MySQL database.
