Development and Optimization of a Technological Device for Conducting Mechanical Tests of On-board Equipment

Student: Egor Gusev

Supervisor: Yury Nikolaevich Kofanov

Faculty: HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE)

Educational Programme: Infocommunication Technologies and Systems (Bachelor)

Final Grade: 8

Year of Graduation: 2024

This final qualification work aims to address crucial tasks related to the design of a 3D model of a vibration test equipment intended for testing electronic equipment of spacecraft, which will be used by the Russian Rocket and Space Corporation "Energia." The primary objective is to develop a fixture that evenly transmits all forces generated by the vibration table to the test specimen. Utilizing advanced 3D modeling methods in a CAD environment, the research focuses on creating a fixture that meets the stringent requirements of the space environment. Throughout the study, the impact of vibrations on the vibration test equipment will be simulated using the ANSYS software. ANSYS modeling is employed to analyze natural frequencies and simulate the effects of random vibration. Three prototypes of the technological fixture have been developed. The result of the work is a technologically enhanced model of the vibration testing equipment.
