Below is the draft of a final qualifying paper on the topic "HiBye - Service for Networking at Events. Web Application with Telegram Integration." As part of the final qualifying work, a web application for networking with Telegram integration, a Telegram bot for launching this application, and managing events were created. Additionally, within the framework of the "Startup as a Diploma" program, in-depth interviews and surveys were conducted, as well as competitor and market analyses.
