Development of a System of Continuous Personnel Training at Russkiy Urozhai

The present work is devoted to the development of a system of continuous personnel training at Russkiy Urozhai company. The research was conducted using several methods: analysis and systematization of literature on the topic of personnel training; analysis of the strategy of Russkiy Urozhai company; interview with the director of the Russkiy Urozhai company to obtain information about personnel management in the organization; interviews with employees of the Russkiy Urozhai company to identify learning goals. As a result of the present work an algorithm for the continuous employee training system was compiled, three of the blocks of the algorithm were worked out in detail and recommendations were proposed for the further implementation of the training system at Russkiy Urozhai company.
