Educational Programme: Software Engineering (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2024

Today, no modern music production is without synthesizers. This means that they have become quite indispensable in modern music production. One of the effective techniques for creating unique sounds is FM synthesis. It allows musicians to create different timbres and interesting textures not available with other types of synthesis. Adhering to the VST standard allows musicians to conveniently use the developed plug-in in any digital audio workstation. A special feature of this synthesizer is its built-in FX effects. Thus, it allows users to apply any effect such as reverb, dileu, overdrive or chorus directly on the synthesizer itself without leaving the process of adjusting the synthesizer parameters. The goal of this project is to develop a powerful and flexible tool that will make the digital sound production process more comfortable and smooth. By providing a more accessible and creative process for creating unique sounds, this tool will open up new avenues for musicians. Keywords: audio synthesis, frequency modulation, VST, digital audio processing
