Nowadays in Russia, the landscape of toll roads is characterized by a set of several operators, each employing specific toll systems and tariff structures. These tariffs are often sophisticated, dependent on various factors such as payment methods, time of travel, day of the week, usage volume, vehicle category, etc. Despite the existence of tariff schedules and rudimentary route cost calculators provided by some operators, a comprehensive and universal solution for precise route cost computation remains absent. The Platform for Calculation the Cost of Travel on Toll Roads addressed herein strives to fill this gap by offering a universal, handy tool capable of accurately determining travel expenses across the complex network of toll roads. This paper presents the development of a Geo Service designed for the server-side infrastructure of a platform which is dedicated to compute travel costs on toll roads.
