This thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the market situation in order to develop effective strategies for the successful entry of a product into the market. The work begins with an introduction, which describes the main goals and objectives of the project. This part also defines the key concepts and scientific approaches that will be used in the work. In addition, the introduction presents the composition of the project team, as well as conclusions on the general part of the work. Next, the tools and preparation for the analysis of the market situation are considered. This part defines the object and subject of the study, its goals, objectives and practical significance. A list of terms used is also provided. The analysis of the market situation is considered in detail. The target market is determined and the attractiveness of the industry is investigated. The analysis of five competitive forces is carried out according to the method of M. Porter, as well as a comparative analysis of product parameters and consumer perception factors. In addition, barriers to entry to the target market or segment are analyzed. The work also pays attention to the goals and objectives of the business. Product stakeholders are identified, business goals and objectives are formed, key partnerships and scaling strategies are developed. The conclusion contains conclusions on the work, a list of sources used and an appendix with additional materials.
