Monitoring plays an important role in ensuring optimal performance and stability of the IT infrastructure. It allows you to improve the quality of IT systems by quickly identifying and eliminating failures and malfunctions, as well as preventing their occurrence in the future. Modern monitoring systems available on the market offer many comprehensive functions, but often require high costs both in terms of human resources and in terms of equipment requirements. It was decided to develop a lightweight monitoring tool for rapid deployment without complex infrastructure with the possibility of dynamic configuration. In this paper, it is proposed to create components for transmitting, storing metrics and configuring a stateless monitoring agent. The paper analyzes the existing monitoring solutions. The main functions of the system are presented, and the user's use cases are described. The API description and API routes are discussed. The architecture and deployment of the project are presented, as well as an overview of system technologies. In conclusion, the main conclusions of the project are summarized. The work contains 26 pages, 3 chapters, 8 pictures, 1 table, 13 sources. Keywords: metric; monitoring; stateless
