Monitoring the status of services for various IT companies is a critical issue. It allows you to increase the level of system quality by allowing administrators to identify abnormal behavior and respond in a timely manner to exceptional situations. The solutions that exist today represent a wide variety of tools to support the monitoring infrastructure: from visualizing metrics graphs to analyzing exceptional situations using neural networks. However, there is also a downside to such solutions - their complexity creates difficulty in servicing these systems themselves. Deploying and maintaining such a system often takes a lot of time and effort from the team. Developers from the cloud services team at 1C-Soft faced these difficulties. They needed a solution that would have basic functionality, dynamic configuration, and, at the same time, would not have a complex process for launching and connecting the analyzed systems. This feature will allow you to quickly replace the monitoring agent, without setting up a complex infrastructure. In this project I am developing subsystems for collecting and analyzing metrics. The work contains 20 pages, 3 chapters, 7 figures, 1 table, 12 sources. Keywords: metrics, monitoring agent, metrics collection, metrics analysis, analyzed systems.
