The Use of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Public Finance Management

Аннотация для вкр на английском This diploma thesis is dedicated to the exploration of artificial intelligence technologies in public administration. In the modern world, artificial intelligence technologies are utilized in numerous fields ranging from agriculture to medicine. Currently, major companies are engaged in developing models based on AI technologies. The aim of this work is to analyze the experience of implementing artificial intelligence technologies in managing public finances in Russia, in order to propose recommendations for improving policy in this regard in Russia. The theoretical part examines fundamental definitions, classifications, and artificial intelligence technologies. In the practical part, examples of AI technology usage by federal and regional authorities are provided, along with potential examples of implementing artificial intelligence technologies in public finance management. Additionally, the work identifies key challenges hindering the adoption of AI technologies in the public sector and offers possible recommendations for problem resolution.
