As part of this thesis, a comprehensive study of the key aspects forming the business plan of the unitED project was conducted. The main attention is paid to the development of the company's strategy and ways to implement it through a management model based on the use of interactive comics in a mobile application. During the development of the model, the main values of the project were identified: savings on offline analogues, accessibility of the platform, intuitive interface and high-quality support service. The main distribution channel of the product is a mobile application, which provides convenient access to educational content for users at any time and anywhere. The work not only justifies the chosen strategy, but also provides a clear action plan for its successful implementation, which makes the unitED project promising and competitive in the educational technology market.
