We conduct a cluster analysis of gene regulatory networks. The data are given as collection of arrays that are inferred using GENIE3 algorithm. The data represent gene expression for people of different age groups, ranging from 41 to 71 years old. In this research, we consider several ways of restoring graphs using initial input data, we also use different clustering algorithms. During the course of the work we managed to demonstrate the fact that structural methods of clustering are able to capture certain features associated with age-related changes.
