The rapid development of technology and digitalization of society require constant updating and development of innovative solutions. The topic «Startup as a diploma: developing a digital solution for professional self-determination. Prototyping and testing of solutions. User scenarios and MVPs» will provide a close look at the process of creating and testing digital products within a startup project. The importance of professional self-determination is becoming more and more relevant today, as people seek development and realization in a field that matches their interests and abilities. Developing a digital solution for this purpose can significantly facilitate the process of professional and career development. Special attention is paid to the prototyping, testing, user scenarios and MVP stages, as these stages determine the success and viability of the developed product. The study of these aspects will reveal the key points in creating a successful digital solution. The object of the master's thesis is a digital solution for professional self-determination developed in a startup format. The subject is to analyze the process of idea generation and selection, prototyping and testing of the developed solutions, as well as the study of user scenarios and minimum viable products (MVP). Objectives: 1. to investigate the methods of idea generation and selection to develop a digital solution that can help in professional self-determination. 2. To create a prototype of a digital solution based on the selected idea and test it on the target audience. 3. Develop user scenarios to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of the developed solution. 4. Determine the minimum required set of functionality (MVP) for the successful launch of the startup. Tasks: 1. To analyze current trends in the field of digital solutions for professional self-determination. 2. Analyze existing methodologies for generating and selecting startup ideas. 3. To create the design and functionality of a prototype digital solution, taking into account the needs and preferences of the target audience. 4. Test the prototype on members of the target audience, collect feedback and analyze the data. 5. Develop user scenarios that include steps from familiarization with the product to its regular use. 6. Identify the main characteristics of the MVP As a result of the work, a prototype interaction of Edsen's product - PWA application for professional self-development is developed and tested based on the concept of matching user's skills with employers' requirements and enhancing skills to achieve professional goal. The work consists of 150 pages, 83 figures, 20 tables, 4 appendices.
