This work is a full-fledged study of the deep needs of customers and is also part of the project “Startup as a diploma: creating a digital product for professional self-determination”. The work was carried out using the methodology of “Design Thinking”, which allowed us to immerse ourselves in the customer experience and identify uncovered needs of the audience. The work reflects the results of the research in the context of the stages of the methodology: empathy, analysis and synthesis.
