Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility Programs in the Field of Assistance to Sick Children

Corporate social responsibility programs are of increasing interest to commercial organizations. However, there are quite a few studies in the scientific field of social programs in the field of child health protection in terms of evaluating their effectiveness. Thus, the purpose of this article is to develop a methodology for evaluating corporate social responsibility programs in the field of helping sick children. This research is based on the results of semi-structured interviews with corporate charity experts. In particular, employees of companies providing care to sick children were interviewed. The results demonstrated the peculiarities of the institute of corporate charity programs and gaps in the formats of their implementation. Thus, the study emphasized the importance of evaluating the effectiveness of corporate social responsibility programs in the field of children's healthcare, providing the scientific and commercial community with a database of indicators for further development of the methodology.
