Abstract Today tons of drivers without a lot of experience encounter problems when they start driving on their own. Beginners' absence of experience with driving can lead to challenges in making quick and effective decisions in some hard situations on the road. Drive Better is an application to ease the experience of newer drivers. Firstly, it extends navigator functionality in finding safer paths by considering such parameters as number of car accidents, and how serious those incidents were to introduce the drivers with easier paths before getting to the faster, but harder pathways. Secondly, it warns the driver about his violations while driving like overspeed, dangerous accelerations, decelerations or angle changes so the driver can understand when he can make mistakes and correct them while driving. Thirdly, it retrospectively shows information about dangerous maneuvers, time of the day and bad weather from drivers' last rides, so he can analyze those moments and become better at driving. Keywords: novice drivers, GPS, A* search, bi-objective A* search, road accidents, telemetry.
