The main needs of users are identified with the help of qualitative and quantitative research. The deepest problem of people involved in renovation is the budget of renovation. All three found pain in the study affect the size of the budget: it is difficult to find honest workers, no confidence in their own skills in selecting finishing materials for their harmonious combination in the design, no understanding of what repair services can be saved, and what can not during the repair. Any mistake in the choice of contractors, finishing materials and repair services can multiply the budget.
