CONCILIATION PROCEDURES IN THE ARBITRATION PROCESS

The paper examines various types of conciliation procedures used in arbitration, such as judicial reconciliation and mediation. The history of conciliation procedures, their concept and features are considered. Special attention is paid to the mediation procedure and the settlement agreement. The problems and prospects of development of these institutions in Russia are analyzed.
