Global climate change leads to the fact that the causative agents of many vector-borne diseases expand their nosoareal. The urgency of this problem lies in the fact that medical workers and the population are not ready to face the challenges posed by these diseases. One of these diseases is West Nile fever. The purpose of this work is to establish spatial and temporal patterns of the spread of this disease in the European region. The work used methods of spatial and spatiotemporal analysis, as well as modeling of ecological niches, in order to identify regions with high morbidity and locations with the highest risk of virus transmission. As a result, it was found that the highest incidence is typical for the north of Italy, the north of Greece and Serbia in Europe, as well as the regions of the European South in Russia.
