In recent years, competition has increased significantly in all businesses. In such conditions, it is necessary to be as customer-oriented as possible. An important aspect of customer interaction is timely communication. The user often has difficulty using the application interface, even despite the desire of developers and managers to make it the most understandable. In this work, a communication service for business customers of Yandex Delivery is implemented. The developed service works according to the trigger principle, which is formed from the settings specified in the configuration file, as well as based on events that occur to users during the use of the web application. The paper also describes the approaches of design, implementation, testing and ways of further development of the service. The work was done using the C++ and Python programming languages, the Userver framework and the PostgreSQL relational database management system.
