There is a dearth of research on the integration of student interests into youth policy within the Russian Federation.. However, recent years have seen an extraordinary resurgence of involving students into youth programs. In this paper, I will review the level of impact of students’ interests on youth policy by examining the extent to which the state is learning and putting into practice the information it has learned about student interests. More specifically, Specifically, the study intends to investigate avenues for enhancing the realm of state youth policy and to elucidate the role of students in civil society. This will be achieved through a combination of exploring state youth policy via an analysis of legal documents and conducting a survey among Russian students to elicit their perspectives on state youth policy. Furthermore, It is anticipated that this research will reveal novel developmental challenges in the field and subsequently inform directions for improvement. Finally, the implication for future research and relevance of the findings for Russian State youth policy will be discussed and methods of introducing the views of the students on the activities in which they would like to take part in Youth Policy proposed. Keywords: Russian Federation, state youth policy, survey, students’ interests, policy implementation
