Psychologists' Perception of Working with Moral Trauma in Business Organization Employees

This master's thesis is dedicated to the study of psychologists' perspectives on working with moral trauma in employees of business organizations. A comprehensive literature review on moral trauma was conducted, including its causes, symptoms, diagnostic methods, and existing psychotherapeutic approaches. Special attention was given to moral trauma outside the military context, providing a deeper understanding of its manifestations and consequences in the business environment. The main part of the research involved testing and surveying psychologists to identify their understanding of moral trauma and methods of addressing it among employees in business organizations. The results showed that psychologists have an insufficient understanding of working with moral trauma in this context. Gaps in knowledge and the need for specialized training for effective intervention were identified. The thesis emphasizes the importance of integrating theoretical knowledge and practical skills to enhance the effectiveness of psychologists' work with moral trauma in business organizations.
