The paper considers the construction of a multi-store building model in the form of a linear discrete stochastic system with unknown parameters. Аn algorithm based on the least squares method is carried out to look for parameters with the ability to control the accuracy and dimension of the model. Examples of the algorithm are given based on real data on the heat consumption of buildings in the city of Tomsk and the external average daily temperature. The possibility of applying a building model for different time periods is shown, as well as the possibility of using the model obtained for a specific building for a group of buildings with similar characteristics.
