State Regulation of Labor Migration Flows in the Russian Federation

Thesis paper on the topic «Optimization of Labor Migration Monitoring in the Russian Federation Using Geoinformation Systems and Comparative Analysis of Regional Strategies», devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the structure and dynamics of migration flows in the Russian Federation at the federal and regional levels. The paper was analyzed the qualitative component of migration flows of the country, regression analysis of the impact of the main economic indicators on the labor market was conducted, and also using geoinformation analysis the regions with the highest and lowest tourist attractiveness were identified, the strategic documents of which were also studied. The main sources of data were state statistics databases: «EMISS» and «ROSSTAT». As a result of the study, recommendations for the optimization of migration monitoring of migration, taking into account the specifics of each region, as well as proposals for the use of geoinformation systems and electronic maps of foreign nationals at the federal level were formed.
