Gastronomic tourism is a rapidly growing industry, with demand increasing every year. This type of travel involves not only relaxation, but also an immersion in the history and culture of a destination through its cuisine. This allows tourists to better understand and appreciate the unique characteristics of the region, making the trip more memorable and eventful. The development of gastronomic tourism leads to an increased demand for gastronomic souvenirs. Tourists want to take a piece of their experience home with them and share it with loved ones. The study examines foreign and Russian research on this topic, as well as concepts and classifications of souvenirs. It also highlights the key characteristics of a gastronomic souvenir and analyzes the most attractive destinations for this type of tourism, both internationally and in Russia. The article also discusses successful examples of gastronomic tourism in the Perm region. As part of the research, a sociological survey was conducted to investigate consumers' interest in gastronomy while traveling. Based on the analyzed data and the results of the survey, suggestions were made for the development of gastronomic products in the Perm region.
