Alhough there have been widespread attempts to cut the incidence of anemia in half by 2025, over a billion people worldwide are believed to have suffered from anemia. This research focuses on anemia among Malian childbearing women. The study analyzed datasets from the 2001, 2006, 2012-2013, and 2018 demographic and health Surveys of Mali. Employing multilevel regression analysis on a sample of 18,096 childbearing-age women, Malian anemia prevalence from 2001 to 2018 was found to be 59.3%, with 2.6% suffering from severe anemia. My results affirms that that educated women, greater socioeconomic status, access to safe drinking water, and residence in regions with higher community literacy rates have been linked to developing lower odds of anemia. on the other the risk is higher among women with multiple births and pregnant women. Public administrators, governments, and agencies should strengthen antenatal care services for pregnant women by providing free maternal healthcare and iron supplements, treated mosquito nets, and deworming. Also, tauthorities including raditional leaders and the Water and Sanitation Ministry in Mali must provide every community and homes with reliable, but safe drinking water. In conclusion, it also, beholds on Education Ministry and Health and Public Hygiene Ministry to also implement health-related utritional intervention that will lower the high rate of anemia among Malian women.
