The principle of Res judicata in civil and commercial proceedings

The graduation thesis is devoted to the study of the principle of res judicata as reflected in the doctrines of exclusivity and preclusion of legal force of judicial acts in Russian law. The focus is on the examination of key issues identified in judicial practice, as well as on determining the factors that affect the effectiveness of these doctrines in the context of current legal regulation and practical application. The author explores possible ways to improve the legislation, including proposals to change the procedure for verifying the identity of claim submissions and to clarify the subjective and objective limits of preclusion.
