The final qualifying work on the topic «Industrial Tourism Development in the Arctic» highlights the key features of the development of industrial tourism in the Arctic zone in order to maximize the efficiency of state regulation of the phenomenon. Industrial tourism in the modern world is becoming an increasingly important tool for increasing the brand prestige of both companies and host regions as a whole. The Arctic zone, according to its characteristics, is one of the richest territories in Russia and, therefore, saturated with industrial enterprises, which, due to its characteristics, has significant tourism potential in the industrial sector. At the same time, there is a need for government regulation of the phenomenon being studied, since only government regulation can maximize the effectiveness of industrial tourism practices. The purpose of this work is to study the possibilities of increasing the effectiveness of measures of state regulation of industrial tourism in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The end result of the work is the preparation of recommendations to government agencies to regulate the phenomenon. Recommendations will be based on key factors identified through analysis using machine learning models that most influence the effectiveness of industrial tourism.
