The thesis on “Management of the Internal Ecosystem of Creative Spaces in a Metropolis” is devoted to the definition of management tools of the internal ecosystem of creative spaces, which can contribute to the strengthening and development of the relationship between creative spaces and the city. The sample consists of 13 creative spaces in St. Petersburg. The event base of the selected spaces for the year 2023 and the final resident base are collected. As a result of Pearson and Spearman correlation methods, a weak relationship between the number of events and the profile of residents was determined. A social-network analysis was carried out, as a result of which the most popular event formats and the most active residents of the spaces were identified. A classification of creative spaces based on event formats was formed using cluster analysis. A list of recommendations for management companies and state and municipal authorities to manage the internal ecosystem of creative spaces for its integration in the metropolis was compiled.
