Regulation of Tariff Policy in the Sphere of Housing and Communal Services of the Perm Region

This paper considers the problem of the issues of tariff regulation in the current conditions of the organization of communal services. The purpose of this study is to develop improvements of the provision of water supply, sanitation and heat supply in the Perm krai from the point of view of tariff regulation. In order to analyze the current situation in the tariff regulation, in addition to literary sources overview, an expert interview was conducted. Recommendations or the development of communal services at the expense of a tariff source were prepared based on the collected information. In addition, the planned impact of tariff policy on utility bills was modeled.
