This research is dedicated to studying the effect of the SARS-Covid 19 pandemic on the financial market. In this research, additional attention is paid to the difference in the effect among different industries. One of the conclusions of this study is dedicated to industrial response to the SARS-Covid 19 pandemic. As the pandemic period is not consistent throughout its whole period the segmentation of pandemic stages is used in this research. The segmentation has allowed us to analyze the pandemic effect in more detail during each phase separately. For the segmentation cluster analysis techniques are used. For the SARS-Covid 19 pandemic effect analysis the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average model and its modifications are being used. As an additional analysis, the comparison of the SARS-Covid-19 pandemic crises with previous global crises is presented. The similarity of the SARS-COVID-19 pandemic crises with other global crises would allow us to use conclusions made during this pandemic in the future to lessen the effect of possible future crises if they appear. Key words: SARS-Covid 19; Financial Market; Industrial Response; ARIMA; S&P 500
