In the modern world, properly functioning logistics operations and functions of large businesses play a leading role in the productivity and competitiveness of a company. Effectively structured business processes are the basis for business management automation and allow for better coordination of logistics operations within a single business process, in which various departments participate, as well as to improve the quality of logistics services and minimize total logistics costs. The purpose of this final qualification work is to study the logistics business processes of a manufacturing enterprise in order to increase their efficiency based on methods and models of logistics theory and the development of recommendatory measures for the implementation of proposed optimization solutions within the framework of the company in question. The study is conducted on the example of the company United Breweries – Holding LLC, which aims to optimize logistics operations in various fields of activity. The specific improvement of the business processes of this brewing holding has become the subject of this scientific study. Various scientific methods were used in the course of the work: theoretical analysis, systemic and economic approaches, as well as methods of generalization, qualimetry and comparative analysis. The first chapter of the final qualifying work is devoted to the theoretical foundations of managing the logistics business processes of an enterprise with a description of the role and importance of logistics in the organization's activities, logistics concepts applicable to a manufacturing enterprise and a process approach to managing the logistics of an enterprise. The analysis of the system of balanced indicators of logistics activities, as well as methods and models of logistics theory that solve issues of business process optimization, are considered in the second chapter based on the works of D.J. Bauersox, D.J. Kloss, V.V. Dybskaya, V.V. Lukinsky, V.S. Lukinsky, R.S. Kaplan and others. The scientific work also examines various approaches to business process modeling and identifies the logistical business processes of the production enterprise of United Breweries – Holding LLC. The third chapter of a practical nature solves the case of United Breweries Holding LLC, aimed at improving the logistics activities of the enterprise based on the identified key problems of the company during the analysis of its existing business processes and the sequence of operations. The implementation plan of the proposed measures is reflected through the tasks of choosing a warehouse to meet the production needs of a key customer, optimizing the routing of low-tonnage urban transport and optimal deployment of warehouses of the distribution network on the plane. The research is based on the analysis of a wide range of sources, including domestic and international scientific papers, literature and Internet materials, which allows you to deeply evaluate the results and achieve the goals of the project. The final part of the document outlines the practical findings of the study and suggests methods to improve the efficiency of business processes in logistics using the example of a brewing company.
