Development and Research the Control Module of Device for the Production of Plastic Filament

Student: Roman Badalyan

Supervisor: Sergey Mikhailovich Salibekyan

Faculty: HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE)

Educational Programme: Computer Systems and Networks (Master)

Final Grade: 8

Year of Graduation: 2024

The object of development and research are printed circuit boards for portable screw extruders. The development takes place in several stages, including such stages as: relevance research, analysis of existing analogues and solutions, circuit modeling, as well as separate modeling of thermal processes and calculation of reliability of electronic components and the entire system as a whole. New temperature algorithms will be studied on the prototype, which will also complement and improve the performance of the entire device. The finished product can be used in educational institutions, small and large enterprises and in everyday conditions. During the course of the work, skills in designing automated systems, skills in working with digital and analog lighting technology, skills in writing and optimizing software, skills in developing design documentation, as well as knowledge of complex and logical design of complex systems will be acquired.
