Digital Transformation of the Public Administration System (on the Case of Saint Petersburg)

The thesis is devoted to the study of the digital transformation of the public administration system on the example of St. Petersburg. The paper examines the main aspects and problems associated with the transition to digital technologies in the field of public administration. The analysis of dynamic series based on official FSSS data for the period from 2015 to 2022 was carried out. The effectiveness of the provision of digital services was assessed using the expert assessment method. As a result of the SWOT analysis, opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the introduction of digital services in St. Petersburg were identified.
